Here is the agenda for the Annual Meeting of the Membership. If you have anything that needs to be added to the agenda:

• Must be submitted in writing to Ingrid Welch by October 10^th.
• Ingrid Welch will notify the member whether the resolution will be included on the agenda of the meeting by October 15^th.
• If the proposed resolution is not to be included the member has until October 20^th to have the proposed resolution signed by 10 members and received by the President Vince Bonaddio.
• This agenda was posted at BYC, on October 27^th, prior to the October 27^th in accordance with the By Laws of Brandywine Youth Club.
